The staff was very-very nice and pleasant and the place was fairly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the way my twin/double room was arranged with bathroom, lovely views and shower. As for me, the location was great, so close to coast and South Downs, the Racecourse and a bus stop over the road. It also was easy to commute into Brighton using public transport or taxi.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, right by the nearby Amex stadium, a bus stop right outside and regular services into Brighton City and coast and South Downs. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was nice. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant throughout the day.
Shame the bathroom was a bit tired.
